The Royal Bank of Scotland International announced the appointment of Wendy Phillis as chief risk officer.

Phillis brings more than 25 years of experience in risk and compliance within financial services. Previously, she served as group chief risk officer at Link Group, managing director of regulatory solutions for RBC Investor & Treasury Services, and group chief risk and compliance officer at ICAP.

She also has more than 16 years of experience at State Street, holding roles as senior vice president, head of risk management and chief operating officer for State Street Global Markets.
