Pizza restaurant chain Papa John’s International announced the appointment of Elias Reyna as its chief people and diversity officer.
Reyna, who will join the company Nov. 28, will lead globally the human resources; diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI); talent recruiting and management; total rewards; and employee relations functions at Papa John’s, reporting to President and Chief Executive Rob Lynch.
Reyna joins Papa John’s from ABM Industries, where he was vice president human resources, manufacturing and distribution. Prior to ABM, he was vice president human resources and people services for Papa John’s, where in two years with the company he led the HR function and served as the people operations lead for the opening of its second headquarters in Atlanta. During his time at Papa John’s, he also served as interim VP of DEI during a transition period.
