Sustainable stainless steel provider Outokumpu appointed Juhani Ristaniemi as executive vice president, general counsel and member of the Outokumpu leadership team, effective July 1.
Ristaniemi has been working at Outokumpu since 2022 as senior vice president, general counsel. His role covers legal and compliance.
He continues to report to President and Chief Executive Heikki Malinen.
