Pharmaceutical distributor Morris & Dickson announced that Vinu Pillai has joined the company as its chief compliance and regulatory officer.

Pillai will report to Jody Hatcher, president and CEO.

He previously served as the assistant general counsel at Alto Pharmacy. Prior to that, he held multiple senior legal and compliance roles at a variety of healthcare companies, including Pear Therapeutics, DaVita and Cencora (formerly AmerisourceBergen).
