Match Group names legal chief

Digital technologies’ provider Match Group announced the appointment of Sean Edgett as chief legal officer & secretary, effective Sep. 23.

Edgett will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Bernard Kim.

He is currently the chief legal officer & secretary of UPSIDE Foods. He was previously senior vice president and general counsel of Twitter.
