International savings and investments business M&G announced the appointment of Shawn Gamble as chief risk and compliance officer.
Gamble will join the business in 2025, reporting Andrea Rossi, chief executive.
She joins M&G from Hargreaves Lansdown, where she currently serves as group chief risk officer. She was previously chief risk officer at Fidelity International, and prior to that held a number of senior leadership positions at Deutsche Bank, Barclays, and GE Capital.
