Biopharmaceutical company Kriya Therapeutics announced the appointment of Katherine Eade to the position of chief legal officer.

Eade was most recently a biopharma consulting general counsel and adviser. Prior to this, she was general counsel of Checkmate Pharmaceuticals and president of Checkmate Pharmaceuticals Security Corp.

She began her legal career as an attorney at international law firm Cleary Gottlieb, and served as a law clerk to Judge Morton Greenberg of the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
