Doughnut chain Krispy Kreme announced Atiba Adams will join the company as chief legal officer, effective June 25.
Adams will report to Josh Charlesworth, president and chief executive officer.
Adams brings more than 20 years of legal experience guiding companies such as Mars and Pfizer. He most recently worked at Bausch + Lomb, where he served as senior vice president and deputy general counsel.
