Private equity firm Kain Capital announced Solomon Eskinazi joined as general counsel.
Eskinazi began with Kain in 2020, when he became general counsel and executive vice president of strategy and corporate development for Excelsior Medical. Previously, he was an attorney for both Kirkland & Ellis and Cooley.
He began his career in finance and consulting at firms including Goldman Sachs and Bain.
