Ionic Digital announced the appointment of Laura Schnaidt to the role of chief legal officer.

Most recently, Schnaidt served as counsel at global law firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, where she served as a trusted advisor to asset management and financial services businesses in diverse stages of business transformation.

Prior to that, she spent many years serving as general counsel to multi-billion-dollar private fund managers.
