IDEAYA Biosciences announced that Douglas Snyder joined the company as its senior vice president, general counsel.

Snyder most recently served as executive vice president, chief legal officer and secretary at GW Pharmaceuticals. Earlier, he led the legal and compliance teams as senior vice president, general counsel, and secretary for Actelion Pharmaceuticals.

Prior to that, he held the position of senior vice president, general counsel, secretary at Eisai.
