Harvard University announce that Jennifer O’Connor will serve as its next vice president and general counsel, effective July 29.
O’Connor will join Harvard from Northrop Grumman, where she is currently vice president of technology and information law and policy.
She came to Northrop Grumman after serving as general counsel for the Department of Defense, where she was both chief legal officer and principal legal adviser to the Secretary of Defense.
