Georgia Institute of Technology announced the appointment of Danette Joslyn-Gaul as general counsel and vice president for ethics, compliance, and legal Affairs, effective Sept. 19.
Joslyn-Gaul joins Georgia Tech from Pearson, where she most recently served as chief compliance officer and on the legal leadership team.
She brings more than 20 years of experience in anti-bribery and corruption, trade sanctions, investigations, and transforming global compliance functions.
Before serving as Pearson’s chief compliance officer, she held the role of vice president of global compliance as well as vice president, senior counsel for North America, overseeing issues related to risk, compliance, legal affairs, employment, intellectual property, and litigation.
