Flix North America announced the appointment of James Bristow as general counsel, effective Aug. 1.
Bristow will report to Kadir Boysan, chief executive of Flix North America.
He joins Flix after almost 10 years at Dallas-based EnLink Midstream, where he served in various roles, including associate general counsel, director of regulatory affairs, and director of training and compliance.
Prior to that, he was a senior associate at Baker Botts, an AmLaw 100 international law firm.
