ExxonMobil Corporation announced the election of Jeff Taylor as vice president, general counsel, and secretary.

Taylor joined ExxonMobil in May from Fox Corporation, where he was executive vice president and general counsel.

Before that, he was the deputy general counsel and chief compliance officer for General Motors and general counsel of Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems.
