Curtiss-Wright Corporation, which provides highly engineered products, solutions and services mainly to aerospace & defense markets, announced that George McDonald has been promoted to vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary.

McDonald will report directly to Chair and Chief Executive Officer Lynn M. Bamford.

He has served as the company’s deputy general counsel since May 2024 and previously as associate general counsel since 1999.
