CSAA Insurance Group named Katherine Evans as executive vice president and chief legal officer.
In this role, she will provide legal, regulatory, and compliance oversight and guidance for the company and serve as legal adviser to the board of directors, the chief executive officer, and other senior executives. Evans will report to the company’s president and CEO, Mike Zukerman.
Before being named interim chief legal officer in 2023, she served as the company’s vice president of regulatory and government affairs for five years. Prior to joining CSAA, she was an insurance regulatory partner with law firm Dentons.
