Comstock Holding Companies announced the appointment of Robert Demchak to the executive leadership team as general counsel and corporate secretary.

After practicing law for more than eight years, Demchak worked at one of the largest commercial mortgage origination firms on Wall Street. In 2005, he joined Simon Property Group as senior vice president of the capital markets group.

At Washington Prime Group, he held various executive management positions, including executive vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary.
