Petroleum business company Cepsa appointed Virginia Beltramini as the new director of the company’s legal counsel and assurance area and secretary of the board of directors, effective Sep. 16.

Beltramini will report directly to CEO Maarten Wetselaar.

For the past 13 years, she has served as general counsel and secretary for the board at Atento, customer relationship management and business-process outsourcing services provider. Additionally, she has also been in charge of the compliance and risk departments.
