Avalo Therapeutics announced that Paul Varki has joined the company as its chief legal officer.

Varki joins Avalo from Idorsia Pharmaceuticals US, where he served as U.S. general counsel since 2020. He was previously head of legal at Amarin Corporation and general counsel, chief compliance officer, and corporate secretary at both Braeburn Pharmaceuticals and Egalet Pharma.
