Asbury Automotive Group announced the appointment of Dean Calloway as SVP, general counsel, and secretary.
Calloway joined Asbury as assistant general counsel in 2013. He was promoted to associate general counsel in 2017, and then promoted to vice president and associate general counsel in 2022.
Prior to this, he was a partner in the Atlanta office of an Am Law 15 firm.
