Insurance company Argenta Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Niranjan Nathan as group chief risk officer.

Nathan will report to Nick Moore, chief executive officer of Argenta Holdings Limited and managing director of Argenta Syndicate Management Limited.

He joins from EY, where he was a partner and the U.K. non-life actuarial practice leader. Before this, he spent more than a decade at Swiss Re, where his roles included head of actuarial pricing U.K. and director, group corporate strategy and development before becoming chief risk officer of Swiss Re Corporate Solutions.
