Global security products and solutions provider Allegion appointed Stacy Cozad as senior vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary, effective Aug. 5.

Most recently, Cozad served as executive vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary of Ingevity Corporation, a publicly traded global company.

Previously at Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, she served as senior vice president, general counsel, chief compliance officer, and corporate secretary. Prior to that, she worked at Southwest Airlines, first as senior attorney and then as associate general counsel.
