Acis promotes legal chief as CEO

Acis, a provider of business and investment structures and restructures, appointed Chief Legal and Operating Officer Emily Pritchard as CEO, effective Jan. 20.

Pritchard joined Acis in 2015 and has served as chief legal and operating officer since 2023.

She has previously held roles at commercial law firms and with Goldman Sachs.
