ABN AMRO Bank announced that Serena Fioravanti was appointed as a member of the executive board of ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and chief risk officer, effective Oct. 1.

Over the past 17 years, Fioravanti has worked in various finance and risk management positions at Credit Suisse Group, and has served on the executive board of Credit Suisse Switzerland AG as its chief risk officer for almost four years.
