Visa announced the appointment of Kelly Mahon Tullier to the newly created position of EVP, chief legal and administrative officer. Julie Rottenberg was subsequently appointed to succeed Tullier as general counsel and SVP.
Visa has appointed Paul Fabara as chief risk officer. Fabara takes over from Ellen Richey, who recently retired after more than 11 years with the company.
Invesco Advisors agreed to pay $17.5 million to the Securities and Exchange Commission to settle allegations that the company misled investors about the extent of its assets that included environmental, social, and governance factors.
