Law firm Fulbright & Jaworski has welcomed two experienced corporate transaction and project finance lawyers into the firm’s global project and energy finance practice. Rick Farmer and Andrea Lachenmayr both came to the firm from Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner LLP.

Farmer, who joined Fulbright as a partner in New York, has more than three decades of project finance experience advising clients on infrastructure development, acquisition and finance, public and private partnerships, and privatizations.

Lachenmayr, who joined Fulbright as a partner in Washington, D.C., focuses on transactions related to investments in and financing for energy and infrastructure assets, including stock and asset sales as well as partnership and joint venture arrangements.
