Law firm Foley & Lardner has appointed Selig Sacks as co-chair of the U.S./China corporate practice and as a member of the transactional and securities practice.

Sacks joins Foley and Lardner from law firm Pryor Cashman, where he served as co-chair of the firm's China practice and head of its corporate practice.

Sacks regularly counsels public and private companies in general corporate and governance issues. He also participates in defending U.S. publicly traded China-based companies in class action lawsuits, SEC investigations and crisis management.
