Fannie Mae announced in a Form 8-K filing yesterday that John Nichols, chief risk officer, is taking a leave of absence for health reasons.

In connection with Nichols’ leave of absence, his duties and responsibilities have been reassigned to Kimberly Johnson, Fannie Mae’s deputy chief risk officer.
