Sandeep Sacheti is executive vice president for customer information management and operational excellence at Wolters Kluwer. He works within the company’s financial and corporate compliance (FCC) division. Sacheti, who has been with Wolters Kluwer for 12 years, has expertise in artificial intelligence (AI), data management, and data analysis.
As a registered agent for 65 percent of Fortune 1,000 companies, including banks, Wolters Kluwer’s FCC division, through subsidiary CT Corporation, receives more than 45 million legal pages annually concerning loans, liens, mortgages, business formation, and other topics. Each of the pages must be read and the nature of the action transcribed so corporate customers can respond in a timely fashion to avoid default judgements. CT Corporation does this with the help of technology, including AI.
Sacheti spoke with Compliance Week about how the FCC division is using AI to manage and analyze the amount of data the company receives from its customers.
