More than 320 organizations worldwide committed to disclosing their impact on nature following the recommendations of the Taskforce on Nature-Related Financial Disclosures (TNFD).
Those involved include significant names such as mining company Anglo American, pharmaceutical giant AstraZeneca, and energy firm EDF, as well as stock-market owner NBIM and seven of the largest global banks.
“Asset owners are increasingly asking asset managers about their nature disclosures. Momentum is growing in the asset management community, and the conversation is changing,” Tony Goldner, executive director of the TNFD, said in a recent webinar Q&A session.
