Q&A: ManpowerGroup compliance director on CSRD prep efforts

Recruitment is no longer about providing a “body shop,” said James Levey, compliance director at global recruitment agency ManpowerGroup.
As part of a Q&A with Compliance Week, Levey explained why he is currently focusing on preparing the group’s European operations to gather the data required for compliance with the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and how customer demands for evidence of positive environmental, social, and governance (ESG) action is driving change in the industry.
