Duff & Phelps, a global valuation and corporate finance advisor, announced the opening of a new office in Frankfurt, Germany. Daniel Kittlauss and Timo Willershausen, managing directors, will jointly lead this new office, which will focus on providing the firm’s core valuation advisory services.
In 2006, Duff & Phelps began developing its activities in Germany, where its team comprises experts in valuation and corporate finance services. The firm also opened new offices in Madrid and Dublin this year.
Kittlauss joins the valuation advisory services practice of Duff & Phelps as a managing director. He brings more than 15 years of experience in performing valuations for financial and tax reporting, transaction and consulting purposes. Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, he worked in the valuation and business modeling practice of PwC.
After more than eight years working in transaction services for PwC, Willershausen also joins Duff & Phelps as a managing director. His experience comprises deal advice and valuation gained on projects for large and midcap clients across various industries.
