Energy producer and transporter Dominion has announced several management promotions.

These new appointments are as follows:

Christine Schwab, currently vice president of regulatory compliance and chief risk officer has been promoted to vice president, chief compliance and risk officer. She will continue to report to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Mark McGettrick for her corporate risk responsibilities. In her new role of responsibility for the company's ethics and compliance program, Schwab will report to Robert Blue, senior vice president of law, public policy & environment.

Mark Webb, currently deputy general counsel of electric regulation, litigation & environment, will be promoted to vice president and general counsel. He will be responsible for management of the law department, and report to Blue.

Carter Reid, currently vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, will be promoted to senior vice president of administrative services and corporate secretary. In addition to assuming responsibility for human resources and shared services, Reid will retain her responsibilities as corporate secretary and will continue to report to Dominion Chairman, President and CEO Thomas Farrell.

All appointments are effective Jan. 1, 2013.
