DelMar Pharmaceuticals has appointed John Bell to its board of directors.

Bell currently serves as chairman at Canadian-based private equity company Onbelay Capital. Prior to that, he was CEO and owner of automotive parts manufacturer Polymer Technologies.

From 1977 to 1995, Bell founded and served as owner of Shred-Tech, a manufacturer and supplier of industrial and mobile document shredders.
