CA, a $4.2 billion independent IT management software company, has elected Kay Koplovitz to its board of directors. She will also serve as a member of the corporate governance committee.
Koplovitz is founder of the USA Network and chairman and CEO of Koplovitz & Co. In 2007, she was named chairman of Liz Claiborne’s board and also co-founded BoldCap Ventures in 2001.
Koplovitz’s appointment brings CA’s board membership to 11.
