BDO Seidman has named Lee Graul as national director of accounting for the firm. He succeeds Ben Neuhausen, who passed away recently after a prolonged illness.

Graul joined BDO Seidman in 1986 after serving a two-year term as a professional accounting fellow in the Office of the chief accountant of the SEC. During his tenure with BDO Seidman, he has served as the National SEC director, a regional technical director, and as a member of the board of directors since 2003.

In addition to remaining on the board, Graul will continue to serve as an international liaison partner for the firm and as a member of the Policy Board of the BDO International network, a role he has served in since 2007.
