ARC Logics, a provider of audit, risk and compliance software solutions and a Wolters Kluwer business, announced that it has enhanced the learning management tools within its Axentis Enterprise governance, risk and compliance (GRC) software.

The move allows ARC Logics to provide organizations with a more comprehensive learning management system through Axentis that offers organizations greater flexibility in creating, delivering and managing compliance education programs. It also helps them increase accountability in helping employees and third parties learn, understand and ultimately comply with regulatory requirements.

The enhanced Axentis solution now offers organizations updated features and functionalities in three key learning management areas to help them achieve all of this:

Self-Service Training. Users can create their own learning paths based on a new coursework overview. The training history feature enables users who have completed their training to review a transcript of the courses they have taken and download and print training certificates.

Classroom Learning Management. New training events and sessions features enhance the record-keeping and reporting capabilities available for classroom learning so that they are consistent with online training.

Program Management. Requirements and course content associated with particular regulatory mandates can be bundled into programs that have search and management reporting features.

The learning management tools within the Axentis solution provide users with the ability to author, manage and share educational programs focused on helping organizations quickly comply with regulatory requirements and changes. The tools allow users to distribute responsibility and accountability for learning management functions throughout the organization but with centralized control and broad visibility of compliance-related education.

ARC Logics' Axentis Enterprise portfolio of governance, risk management and compliance software and services helps organizations address highly-complex and-regulated environments. Each Axentis component can operate independently or integrate seamlessly with existing applications.
