AOL has hired Maureen Del Duca as deputy general counsel of litigation, and chief ethics and compliance Officer. She reports to Executive Vice President and General Counsel, Julie Jacobs.

In this new role, Del Duca will be responsible for the oversight of AOL’s global compliance program, and also will manage all litigation matters for the company worldwide.

Del Duca comes to AOL from Marriott where she served as senior vice president and associate general counsel of litigation, handling commercial and consumer litigation both domestically and internationally. Before joining Marriott, Del Duca served as vice president of litigation for MCI. In addition, Del Duca served as deputy chief and then chief of the Investigations and Hearings Division of the FCC’s Enforcement Bureau. She was also a partner at the law firm of Jenner and Block.
