$26.8 billion Australia-based ANZ Banking Group Ltd., has two new senior risk managers.

Rob Goudswaard, who has served as acting chief risk officer of ANZ’s Australia and institutional divisions since January, officially has been appointed to the same position. In addition, Mike Cutter will join the bank as chief risk officer, Australia. Cutter previously performed the same role for GE Capital in Australia and New Zealand, and was vice president risk management for GE Money Global.

Both Goudswaard and Cutter will report to ANZ’s Chief Risk Officer Chris Page.
