In March 2012, The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law organized a symposium called, "The FCPA at Thirty-Five and Its Impact on Global Business." Many of the leading academics from both the U.S. and U.K., as well as government officials and experienced practitioners, presented at the symposium on a wide range of FCPA and international anti-corruption topics.

Today I see via Mike Koehler, the FCPA Professor, that all of the papers presented at the symposium were collected and published in Volume 73 of the Ohio State Law Journal. According to Koehler, who knows a bit about the FCPA, the 14 papers published in Volume 73 "likely represents the most extensive collection of FCPA scholarship between two covers."

All of the papers are free and available at the the link above or here.
