Josh McMorrow, formally general counsel of Air Liquide Global Engineering & Construction Solutions in the Americas, announced that he has left this post to pursue another job opportunity.

Since June, McMorrow has been serving as vice president, general counsel and secretary for PSC, an environmental and industrial service solutions company. As general counsel and secretary, McMorrow oversees all aspects of the legal function for the company and its subsidiaries.

He began his career with Bracewell & Patterson (now Bracewell & Giuliani) in Houston.
