In a move signaling its continued focus on strengthening client-law firm relations, the Association of Corporate Counsel has rolled out an upgraded version of its client satisfaction measurement tool, the ACC Value Index 2010.

“We designed the AVI to be a shared source for in-house counsel to input and compare their level of client satisfaction with firms, and these enhancements are the next logical step in the evolution of the ACC Value Index,” ACC President Frederick Krebs said in a prepared statement.

The AVI enhancements will enable ACC members to access the relevant practice areas, benchmarking data and firm profiles more efficiently when searching reviews of the more than 700 law firms evaluated within the AVI database. ACC members will also be able to receive automatic updates from the AVI on new reviews focusing on firms, matters or locations of their choosing.
