Clothing retailer, Abercrombie & Fitch, has named Ronald Robins to the top post of senior vice president, general counsel, and secretary. He succeeds David Cupps, who had served as general counsel since 2007 and will continue to work as senior counsel to the company.

Robins joined A&F as deputy general counsel in 2009 after working for more than 15 years as a partner with law firm Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease. Prior to that, Robins worked as an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York. He also clerked for U.S. District Court Judge Milton Pollack from 1989 to 1990.
